Summary: Watson is called to Holmes side who is apparently dying from a tropical disease.

During Watson's marriage, he is visited by Mrs Hudson who explains that Holmes is dying of a tropical disease that he picked up on his investigations. Holmes looks bad but refuses to allow Watson near him.
